What to expect

Our sessions start with a short explanation of what to expect during the session and will give you the opportunity to highlight any areas of concern you may have, we will also discuss what you would ultimately like to achieve from your session. You will remain fully clothed and either lay down on a massage bed or sit in a chair. The environment is warm, comforting and Relaxing.
